What file formats do you support?
PDFs, JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, WEBP, and screenshots. Basically, if you can email it, we can read it.
How accurate is the extraction?
99%+ accuracy on typed/printed invoices. Handwritten invoices work too (~80-90% accuracy). We auto-flag low-confidence fields for review.
Can I import the CSV to QuickBooks?
Yes! Our CSV format is QuickBooks-ready with all 17 required fields. Just go to QuickBooks → Invoices → Import and upload the file.
What if the total miles aren't on my invoice?
No problem! We auto-calculate miles using Google Maps based on origin and destination. You'll see "✓ Auto-calculated: 850 miles" in the warnings.
How does rate validation work?
When you upload a Rate Confirmation, we store the agreed rate. Later, when an invoice comes in for that same route/carrier, we compare the amounts. If there's more than 5% variance, we send you an email alert with "🚨 RATE DISCREPANCY DETECTED."
Can I process multiple invoices at once?
Currently, we process one document per email. But you can forward 10 emails in a row - each processes in ~60 seconds. Batch upload is coming soon!
